The Hounds Group is a full-service artist management & production company that provides 360-degree support for still and motion productions, both with our artists and for outside directors & photographers. Established in 2014 by producer Ashley Bergeron Ford, Hounds was created from years of experience producing at agencies and line producing for both broadcast and photo productions.
Expanding into artist representation in 2018, we work hand-in-hand with our artists to support both personal and commissioned work, bringing them together with creative collaborators and clients to further build their portfolios and create stunning brand campaigns.
As a production company, we pair highly-experienced and specifically tailored producers with our clients - advertising agencies, in-house creative departments, retailers, and record labels - to create a reliable, efficient, and expertly-executed body of work, no matter where the production takes us. We also function as a non-union production house for broadcast productions with clients, agencies & union production houses who need non-union production services.

Creative content production, Bidding & budget management, Scheduling, Crew sourcing & hiring, Casting & Talent negotiation, Payroll services, Location scouting & Permitting, Catering & craft service, On-set management, Studio & on-set equipment rentals, Set design & construction, Travel booking, Transportation, Insurance, and general production consulting. We also source additional directors & photographers for triple bidding upon request.
